The TP-Link ER7206 is a solid wired VPN router for small businesses that need multi-WAN redundancy and high VPN throughput. With four WAN ports (one SFP), it can balance traffic across multiple internet connections, ensuring uptime and optimized bandwidth. The Omada SDN integration allows centralized management via cloud, software, or hardware controller, making it easy to scale a network with Omada switches and access points. Security is a strong point: it includes SPI firewall, DoS defense, and IP/MAC/URL filtering. VPN performance is impressive with support for up to 100 IPsec tunnels, plus OpenVPN, L2TP, and PPTP.
